Eligibility criteria for Bilkent University scholarship:
• Proof of English language. TOEFL IBT (at least 87), IELTS (at least 6.5 average and 5.5 in each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
• BSc graduates or MSC students must have a CGPA of at least 2.80/4.00 at the time of application.
• GRE General Test score: 153 (quantitative)
• Official academic transcripts
• Two letters of recommendation
• Resume
• Research proposal (if applicable)
