University of New York Prague University was established in 1998 within the framework of cooperation with State University of New York, New Platz and State University of New York Empire State College. The University is located in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic and one of the most exciting cities in the world. Prague students are impressed by their history, culture, privacy and security. In 2001, UNYP was officially recognized as a Czech private university by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education (BAC). UNYP is one of the most advanced and accredited higher education institutions in the Czech Republic, providing only English language education. More than 100 programs are being taught at the University, including bachelors, masters and PD. The academic staff consists of 125 professors and teachers. The UNYP campus is
