When you submit a student, corporate or event enquiry, the details you provide are stored securely in this website’s database for authorised StudyNet headquarters staff to review and respond. The workflows are kept separate. No appointment is confirmed automatically and no notification email is sent by this website.

Do not include passport details, financial documents, medical information or other sensitive records in these enquiry forms. Use the contact details below if you wish to access, correct or request deletion of your enquiry. StudyNet’s formal retention schedule and legal-entity privacy information must be confirmed before public launch.

AI Adviser

The AI interface indicates whether the service is active. When activated and with your consent, your chat messages and relevant public website information are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Private student files, agreements, commissions and internal records are not supplied to the adviser.

Chat messages are held in the current browser session interface. A human-adviser handoff transfers a conversation summary only when you choose to share it and submit the enquiry. The form lets you review or remove it first.

Essential operation

ChatGPT sign-in protects this private review site and the headquarters workspace. Rate limiting temporarily stores a hashed request identifier to prevent abuse. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
